Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation & Refund Policy
For cancellations prior to shipment of product or delivery of services, please contact the us via contact us link. Cancellation requests should be made by the customer within 48 hours from placing the order. Thereafter, cancellation requests will be considered on discretionary basis. Please include order number in the email.
We take maximum 2 business days to evaluate any cancellation request from any customer & revert back to the same individual with status update either "APPROVED" or "NOT APPROVED" with justifications.
We reserve the full right to cancel orders without prior intimation & for any reasons whatever may be.
Customer will be refunded full amount (if already paid for the product or services) in either kind of cancellation – (1) customer initiated or (2) initiated by us within 3 business days post approval of cancellation (either type).
Return & Refund Policy
Returns needs to be initiated within 48 hours of delivery of products or services to the customer. Beyond 48 hours, returns will be considered on discretionary basis.
Use “Returns” link for initiating any returns and mention the reason for a return.
The approval of return of product(s) and refund of payments made by the customer will be solely at the discretion of TrendyCloset Enterprises (www.trendycloset.in) after due investigations.
We take maximum 2 business days to evaluate any return request from any customer & revert back to the same individual with status update either "APPROVED" or "NOT APPROVED" with justifications.Once approved, we will share the return address with the customer.
Products should be returned in their original packaging condition along with untouched pricing tags and labels. Please do not remove pricing tags or labels from the product.
We will send an acknowledgement of receiving the returned product within 2 business days & will start replacement or refund process.
Customers need to do adequate packing of the returned products and use trackable shipping services (for example, IndiaPost SpeedPost) at their cost. We will reimburse the shipping cost along with refund amount.
In case, any customer opts for replacement, we will ship the replacement product (subject to availability) within 3 business days upon receiving the return product in satisfactory condition. In such case, we will provide the shipping cost.
All refunds will be deposited within 10 business days upon receiving the original product/s that was/were shipped subject to satisfactory condition.
We will use same mode of payment that was used while ordering the product/s. At times, alternative mode of payment may be used, if necessary, for speedy refund to our esteemed customers.

Acceptable Conditions for Return:
Received defective product/s or product/s damaged during shipment
Received wrong product & does not match with the product ordered by any means
Returned product is unused & having original pricing tags as well as labels as is.
No parts of the product are missing i.e. all parts are available as is.
Return is initiated as per timeline specified above
Not Acceptable for Return Conditions:
Product is damaged due to misuse or inappropriate handling
Product features that are not covered under warranty
“Size not fit” for selected apparel products – our product size follows industry standards
Small variation of product colour between the product displayed in our website vs. the product received by the customer – this may arise due to lighting effect in digital photography.
